According to the announcement, the best film of 2019 has been jointly selected as 'No Dry' and 'Fagun Hawaii'. Tariq Anam Khan is getting the Best Actor (Chief) award of 2019.

He is getting this recognition by acting in the film 'Abaar Basant' directed by Ananya Mamun. In the same year, Sunerah Binte Kamal, the heroine of the film 'No Dry', received the Best Actress (Chief) award. Zahid Hasan is also getting the best actor award for the movie 'Sapludu'. On the other hand, Fazlur Rahman Babu is getting the award for best actor (supporting character) for the movie 'Fagun Hawai' in the same year. Nargis Akhter is getting the Best Actress (Supporting Character) award for the movie 'Maya the Last Mother'.
