Trump found guilty in case of hiding information in documents

International Desk: Former President of the United States Donald Trump has been found guilty in a case. He pleaded guilty in a New York court on Thursday in the case, which was filed on charges of concealing information in business documents. Trump has been found guilty of all 34 charges in this case.

A panel of 12 judges in Manhattan reached the unanimous verdict Thursday after six weeks of hearings.  The court heard the testimony of more than 20 witnesses. Among them was Stormy Daniels. The former president's sexual relationship with her is at the center of the case. The 77-year-old Trump called the court's ruling "disgraceful". He finally announced the fight. Stormy Daniels was paid by Trump to silence her late in the 2016 campaign. The former president was accused of concealing that information. Trump will be sentenced on July 11 in this case. A few days later the Republican National Convention. In that conference, he will be nominated to contest the presidential election from the party. Amidst a large police presence outside the courthouse after the conviction, Trump said it was a disgrace to him, a rigged trial by a corrupt, controversial judge.

As he spoke, hundreds of people gathered. A helicopter was flying over them.   The former president is expected to speak to the media in front of Trump Tower in New York City on Friday morning about his conviction in the case.
