International Desk: Iran has launched a huge swarm of more than two hundred drones, cruise and ballistic missiles towards Israel. Israel Defense Forces spokesman Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari said in a statement. He said Israel's defense systems and allies in the region had intercepted most of the drone-missiles. According to him, they were shot down outside Israeli territory. Daniel Hagari said one person has been reported injured so far. A military installation was lightly damaged after several Iranian missiles landed in Israel. He did not say anything in detail about the military establishment.
The IDF spokesman did not elaborate on whether one person was injured. However, Israel's Ambulance Service said earlier that doctors are treating a 10-year-old child injured by falling debris in the Bedouin area of Arad region. After the April 1 attack on Tehran's consulate in Syria, Iran vowed to retaliate. Iran blamed Israel for the attack. Several Iranian commanders were killed in the attack. In response to that attack, Iran launched these missiles and drones.
