6 killed in Israeli airstrike in Gaza's Rafah city

International Desk: At least six people were killed in an airstrike on a house in the southern Gaza city of Rafah. Besides, several others were injured. The Palestinian news agency Wafa News Agency confirmed this information. The attack was carried out in Jalata area located east of Rafah city. The injured were transferred to Abu Yusuf Al-Najjar Hospital. WAFA also reported that Israeli forces bombed a house in the Yabna camp in central Rafah. However, there were no casualties. Meanwhile, a 17-year-old boy died after being injured in an Israeli airstrike on a car in the Jenin refugee camp in the occupied West Bank. The Palestinian Ministry of Health said the Israeli military bombed a vehicle last night.

Another person was killed and at least 15 injured. Earlier, shots were fired at vehicles near Israeli checkpoints in occupied East Jerusalem. Three people were killed and eight people were injured. Elin Bin, the head of Israel's Ambulance Service, said two of the injured in the Thursday (February 22) attack were in critical condition. Israeli police said the attackers took advantage of slow traffic on the central highway near East Jerusalem in the West Bank. A spokesman said the attackers were Palestinians, without elaborating. However, two gunmen were also killed in the counter attack. Meanwhile, the head of the World Health Organization (WHO) commented that Gaza has now become a well of death. He also said that humanitarian activities have completely collapsed there.
