This time Royal Enfield will run on ethanol

Information Technology Desk: Royal Enfield is bringing a new bike in the market. Although it is a new version of the old bike. But the most interesting news is that this bike does not need petrol to run, it runs on ethanol. That means environmental pollution will also be reduced a lot. The company has launched the ethanol edition of the popular motorcycle Classic 350.

This bike is said to be able to use up to 85 percent ethanol. The Royal Enfield Classic will run on a blend of flex-fuel petrol and ethanol. All other features of the bike remain the same. Only the engine has changed. It gets a 349 cc air-cooled single cylinder engine, which can produce a maximum of 20.2 horsepower and 27 Nm of torque. With 5 speed gearbox.

The same engine is found in other Royal Enfield models like Meteor, Hunter and Bullet. Flex-fuel versions of these bikes may also be launched. What catches your eye on the ethanol-powered Royal Enfield Classic is its green design. The fuel tank of the bike has a green and red paint finish, which will differentiate it from the regular Classic model.

The ethanol-powered Royal Enfield Classic is claimed to reduce fuel consumption. Up to 85 percent ethanol can be used in it. The price of the bike in India is Rs 1 lakh 93 thousand to Rs 2 lakh 25 thousand (ex-showroom).
