Policeman's royal send-off at Aditmari

Lalmonirhat Correspondent: Police member Abu Taher Shamsuzzaman completed 28 years of service on Sunday. This afternoon, the policemen bid farewell to their colleague Asad in a grand manner. This is the first time that a police member of Aditmari police station in Lalmonirhat was given a royal farewell.

Outgoing policeman Abu Taher Shamsuzzaman is a resident of Barajan area of ​​Chalbala union of Kaliganj upazila of Lalmonirhat district. 

Lalmonirhat Superintendent of Police Mohammad Saiful Islam said that Abu Taher Shamsuzzaman has voluntarily retired after 28 years of honest service. He was a good and pious man. Respected the law and maintained good relations with other policemen. At the time of farewell to his service life, he was decorated with flowers in a government car and delivered to his home. Farewell tearful Abu Taher Shamsuzzaman  

He said, I have never neglected my duties in my working life. Had a good time with colleagues. I have fulfilled the state duty with duty and devotion. I have seen from several years that big police officers are sent away with a bang during the farewell. But I never imagined that an ordinary policeman would say goodbye like this.
