Crime review meeting held by Narail District Police

Narail representative:  Monthly crime review meeting of Narail district police was held. 15th May/2024 (Wednesday) at 12:00 am Crime review meeting of April/2024 AD was held in the conference room of the office of Superintendent of Police. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Mehdi Hasan, Superintendent of Police, Mr. Narail.

At the beginning of the crime review meeting Mr. Tarek Al Mehdi, Additional Superintendent of Police (Crime and Ops), Mr. Narail presented the overall law and order situation and crime picture of the district through power point.

In the crime review meeting, the Superintendent of Police discussed the case investigation, crime control, warrant tamil, progress of important cases, unraveling the mystery of the case, recovery of drugs and illegal weapons, control of various social crimes including theft, robbery, robbery, arrest of criminals, professionalism and responsibility of the police with various contemporary issues. He discussed the topic in detail. 

Superintendent of Police said that strict security measures should be strengthened in view of the upcoming upazila elections. The Superintendent of Police ordered to strengthen night patrols to prevent theft and robbery in all financial institutions including bank insurance. In addition, he asked to strengthen night patrols and checkposts so that cows and goats, the only source of income for low-class and middle-class families, are not stolen. It should be ensured that the general public gets the expected legal services promptly without harassment. He also said that every union should hold beat policing meetings, yard meetings and law and order meetings with local public representatives, Sudheejan and other people from all walks of life to control crime. People-friendly policing should be ensured by keeping the law and order situation stable in the area. He instructed everyone to earn the trust of the general public by performing their duties with patriotism, professionalism, devotion and integrity.

In the crime review meeting, Mr. Mohammad Anwar Hossain, Additional Superintendent of Police (Administration and Finance); Mr. Tarek Al Mehdi, Additional Superintendent of Police (Crime & Ops); Mr. Md. Dolan Mia, Additional Superintendent of Police (Sadar Circle); Mr. Pranab Kumar Sarkar, Assistant Superintendent of Police (Kalia Circle), Officer-in-charge of all Police Stations including those promoted to the rank of Additional Superintendent of Police, Inspector of Police of District Special Branch, Inspector of Police of Crime Branch, Inspector of Police of Intelligence Branch, Traffic Inspector, Inspector of Police of CID, All Police of the District In-charges of investigation centers, police outposts and camps and investigating officers of important cases were present
