District assembly of Ansar and defense forces held in Bogra

Bogra Correspondent:  Bangladesh Ansar and Defense Forces district assembly was held in Bogra on Tuesday in a colorful event. Bogra District Commissioner Md. Saiful Islam presided over the assembly as the chief guest. MP Ripu said in the gathering that Ansar members are playing a role in every field of the country.

The present government has taken various measures to equip this force. Hon'ble Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has brought this army to a prestigious position today not only by changing its uniform but also like other forces. The role of Ansar members across the country, including Bogra, is commendable in completing various important events like other law and order forces members. 

Bogra District Ansar and VDP Commandant Sheikh Firoz Ahmed BVM-Seba gave welcome speech in the gathering. Bogra Superintendent of Police Sudeep Kumar Chakraborty BPM PPM inspired the members of Ansar to always devote themselves to the service of the country in the speech of the special guest.

And how the current government has brought radical positive changes in Ansar Bahini, Bogra Deputy Commissioner Md. Saiful Islam highlighted in the president's speech. Also, Director of 19 Ansar Battalion Abdul Majeed PAMS, Deputy Director of NSI Bogra HM Faisal Ahmed, retired Upazila spoke as special guests. Ansar and VDP official freedom fighter Syed Parvez Akhtar Ahmed and Jaipurhat District Ansar, VDP Commandant Mirza Sifat-e-Khoda and District Deputy Civil Surgeon Dr. Shahnaz Parveen. 

At the end of the rally medals, bicycles and sewing machines were distributed among Ansar members in recognition of their good work.
