Mother is Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor

Entertainment Desk: Popular Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor has become a mother. On Saturday (August 20), a baby boy arrived on her lap. Kapoor family member Neetu Kapoor confirmed the news.

Neetu shared a picture of Sonam and her husband Anand Ahuja's joint statement. It says, 'Today we welcome our son with bowed head and open heart. Thank you to all the doctors, nurses, friends, family and those who have supported us. This is just the beginning, but we know our lives have changed completely.'

Soon after the news came to light, Sonam fans are elated. They wish for the new born.

Earlier, Sonam Kapoor had given the good news of pregnancy on March 21. Then the actress shared the photo of the baby bump and said, 'Four hands to raise you, with their best. Who will walk together in your every step. Those who love you will be by your side. Can't wait to welcome you.'

It is known that Sonam has been living with her husband in Notting Hill, London since before she became pregnant. The actress gave birth in a hospital there.

To be noted, Sonam Kapoor married wealthy businessman Anand Ahuja in 2018. Their marriage was completed in a grand arrangement. Sonam has been away from film work for a long time to become a mother.
