Journalist Sumon Chowdhury received the Star Award

Entertainment Reporter: Sumon Chowdhury received the Friends View Star Award for her role in entertainment journalism. The Friend View Star Award-2021 was held for the fourth time on Monday 26th March at Jamuna Future Park. The award is given in various branches of media including film, drama, music, fashion, routine, presentation. After receiving the award, journalist Sumon Chowdhury said that any recognition increases the speed of work. I am inspired and happy. Thanks to the Friends View Star Award recipients for honoring me. Former Chief Whip Patuakhali 2 MP ASM Firoz and Ghamuna Group Director Alamgir Alam spoke on the occasion under the chairmanship of Ravi Chowdhury, President of Friends View Media Event. This year's awards are in various categories, including Afran Nisho, Mehzabin Chowdhury, Arefin Shuvo, Ferdous Ahmed, Sabrina Sultana Keya, Amit Hasan, Nirab, Dighi, Apu Biswas, Vidya Sinha Mim, Ivan Shahriar Sohag, Sabrina Parashi, and many more. Sumon Chowdhury has done B.Sc (Pass) from National University.
He started his career in entertainment journalism in 2006. He is currently working as the Chief Reporter of Bangladesh Kantho. Sumon Chowdhury is a member of Dhaka Reporters Unity (DRU), Dhaka Journalists Union, Barisal Division Journalists Association, Bacchus, Bangladesh Film Club and Bangladesh ICT Journalists Forum (BIJF).
