Sports Desk: Once again, Bangladesh has failed in the T20 World Cup. The Tigers have yet to win a match in the Super Twelve of this year's tournament. Like every time, after the failure, the infrastructure of domestic cricket is coming back. This time the legend of Pakistan Wasim Akram has raised a question about this.

He said, ‘Bangladesh Cricket Board needs to produce good pace bowlers and good batsmen. You don’t always get turning wickets, where spinners play. Spinners are preferred in Bangladesh domestic cricket. If spinners get benefits there, then why would a boy want to leave this facility and become a fast bowler. These issues need to be changed and improved.

He added, ‘I went to Bangladesh to play domestic cricket in the nineties. At that time I visited several places around Dhaka, everyone used to play football in the roadside fields. But when I went to Bangladesh again in 2011, the situation was completely different. Then I saw that everyone was playing cricket. Now Bangladesh is a cricket-crazy country. So their structure should be improved in the same way. '

"We have to give good players a chance," Wasim said. They probably called Liton Das a very good player. But I've been watching Liton bat for the last few years, I've never seen him consistently play well. '
