Entertainment Desk: The Delhi High Court has issued notice to the makers of the biography of the late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The father of the late actor, KK Singh, has taken this decision in court seeking a ban.

There has been talked of making a movie about Sushantar's life and death since last year. Sushant's hanging body was recovered from his Bandra residence on June 14 last year. The whole country has been in turmoil since then. The question is, is suicide the cause of death of the actor at all? Or is there a persuasion behind such a decision? Even the issue of murder came up at that time. Multiple directors wanted to write screenplays on the subject. There were even rumors that the 'TickTock' star would be seen in the role of an actor to look like Sushant. But Sushant's family approached the court to object.

The late actor's father KK Singh has filed a petition in the Delhi High Court seeking a ban on Sushant's biography. Justice Manoj Kumar Ohri has issued notice to the manufacturers on the basis of this. Where stated, no information about the actor's personal life can be disclosed. This will violate the fundamental right of the actor and his family to protect their privacy. No film or text can be published without the permission of Sushant's successors. Rajput's father's plea further said that the investigation into Sushant's death was still pending. The film, which has been banned, could affect witnesses and investigating officials. It can even affect the mentality of the public.

Because Sushant's father thinks that the relatives of the accused are behind this movie for inciting suicide. The application claims that the movie is being made in a very planned manner. KK Singh's lawyer Akshay Dev said, "Sushant's family wants to ban the publication of any film or book so as not to affect the ongoing investigation."
