The home minister and IGP took the second dose of corona vaccine

News Desk: Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan has taken the second dose of the coronavirus vaccine. He was vaccinated at the Central Police Hospital on Tuesday (April 13) at 10:30 am. Senior Secretary of the Public Security Department of the Ministry of Home Affairs Mostafa Kamal Uddin and Inspector General of Police (IGP) said. Benazir Ahmed also took the second dose of the vaccine.

Earlier, on February 15, the three of them received the first dose of coronavirus vaccine at the Rajarbagh Police Lines Auditorium. On April 8, the second dose of coronavirus vaccine was given nationwide.

The first vaccination against coronavirus was started on January 26 in the country. On the same day, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina inaugurated the vaccination program. Later, on February 8, mass vaccination activities started all over the country. Health Minister Zahid Malek inaugurated the nationwide vaccination program.
