Harirampur fined in mobile court for not wearing mask

Manikganj Correspondent: A mobile court has fined Harirampur in Manikganj for not using a mask. On Sunday afternoon (March 21), 12 people were fined for not wearing masks at Leshraganj, Lauta, and Chala Bazar in Harirampur Upazila under Section 160 of the Penal Code. At the same time, they have been given masks and the public has been made aware of the use of masks and regular hand washing.

Besides, Saiful Islam, father Mohammad Ali, Sang Lauta, Manikganj were fined Tk 3,000 / - for operating a pharmacy without a drug license under Section 52 of the Consumer Protection Act 2009. The mobile court was conducted by Assistant Commissioner (Land) and Executive Magistrate Md. Billal Hossain. Harirampur police have assisted in running the mobile court. Such campaigns will continue in the public interest.
