Nazmul Huda receives TFA Excellence Award

Staff Correspondent: Bangladesh Bank joint director Nazmul Huda has received the TFA Excellence Award in recognition of his contributions to social transformation, youth empowerment, and community development initiatives.

‎The award was presented at a ceremony held at the Gulshan Club in Dhaka, jointly organised by the Global Centre of Excellence LLC of New York and the Trainers and Facilitators Alliance Bangladesh.
‎
‎According to the organisers, the TFA Excellence Award honours individuals who have demonstrated outstanding commitment to professional excellence, leadership development, and positive social impact.
‎
‎The event brought together business leaders, trainers, academics, and professionals from different sectors. Among those present were Syed Ershadul Ahmed, president of the American Chamber of Commerce in Bangladesh, and Nurun Nahar, deputy governor of Bangladesh Bank.
‎
‎In addition to his role as a joint director at Bangladesh Bank, Nazmul Huda serves as secretary general of Odhikosh, a literary organisation of Bangladesh Bank officials, executive chairman of the social development organisation Swapnoshilon, and chief coordinator of Sahoshika, a women’s entrepreneurship development initiative.
‎
‎He also previously served as chairman of the Bangladesh Youth Organisation for Skill Development and advisory chairman of the National Debate Federation Bangladesh.
