CanCham Bangladesh Unveils New Office, Strengthening Canada-Bangladesh Business Relations

Diplomatic Correspondent: The Canada Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CanCham Bangladesh) celebrated the grand opening of its new office yesterday (5 May).

‎The event was graced by HE Ajit Singh, high commissioner of Canada to Bangladesh, who officially inaugurated the space, said a press release.

‎Debra Boyce, senior trade commissioner at the High Commission of Canada, also joined the occasion.
‎CanCham Bangladesh Board members gathered for the ceremony, where Mohammad Kamal Uddin, president, CanCham Bangladesh warmly welcomed everyone.

‎The high commissioner expressed his congratulations to CanCham Bangladesh on their new home and praised the chamber’s ongoing commitment to fostering strong ties.

‎The meeting underscored the importance of sustainable development, enhanced mutual collaboration, and stronger partnerships in trade and investment between Canada and Bangladesh, the release said.

‎From its new premises, CanCham Bangladesh will continue to actively serve as a platform for promoting trade, investment, and community engagement between the two countries, it added.
