Eid Jamaat held in Harinakundu in conjunction with Saudi Arabia

Jhinaidah Correspondent: On the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, early Eid prayers were held today in several villages of Harinakunda উপজেলার in Jhenaidah District. Following the practices of other Muslim countries and based on moon sightings in Middle Eastern nations, local worshippers have continued this tradition this year as well.

This morning, special Eid congregations were held in areas including Boalia and Kulbaria under Harinakunda municipality, where several hundred মুসল্লি participated.

After the prayers, special supplications were offered seeking peace and prosperity for the Muslim Ummah. For many years now, these communities have been observing Eid a day earlier in alignment with countries like Saudi Arabia.

The festive spirit spread throughout the এলাকাগুলো, and after the prayers, worshippers exchanged Eid greetings warmly, embracing one another in celebration.
