News Desk: On the occasion of the 13th National Parliamentary Election, all educational institutions across the country remained closed on February 11 and 12. In addition, February 13 and 14 (Friday and Saturday) are regular weekly holidays. The following day, February 15, will also see classes suspended due to the observance of Sri Sri Shivaratri Brata (according to the school and college holiday schedule).
As a result, after five consecutive days of closure, educational institutions are set to reopen on February 16 (Monday).
An analysis of the Ministry of Education’s holiday list shows that this is the first major break of the year for educational institutions and the fifth listed holiday overall.
Meanwhile, government, semi-government, autonomous, and private offices, institutions, and organizations will reopen on Sunday (February 15) after four consecutive days of holidays.
