Khaleda Zia Admitted to CCU

News Desk: BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia has been moved from her cabin to the Coronary Care Unit (CCU).

The development was confirmed on Thursday (27 November) at noon by Shairul Kabir, a member of BNP’s media cell, to Jugantor.

Earlier, Khaleda Zia was admitted to Evercare Hospital in Dhaka at 8:00 PM on Sunday (23 November).

Regarding her health, her personal physician and BNP Standing Committee member, Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain, said, “I visited Evercare Hospital at 1:00 PM today to check on her health. Under the supervision of a medical board comprising local and foreign specialist doctors, the Chairperson is now under intensive observation in the CCU.”

The party has requested the nation to pray for Khaleda Zia’s speedy recovery.
