Commonwealth Secretary-General Shirley Botchwey has held a meeting with the Chief Election Commissioner A. M. M. Nasir Uddin.
They sat in a meeting at 11:00 AM today at the Election Building in Agargaon to discuss the preparations for the upcoming 13th National Parliamentary Election and the referendum.
The Election Commission Secretary Akhtar Hossain was also present at the meeting. A six-member delegation led by Commonwealth Secretary-General Shirley Botchwey was also there.
It is worth mentioning that the Commonwealth Secretary-General arrived in Dhaka last Thursday on a five-day visit.
