DU Vice-Chancellor's courtesy call on Jakkanib Vice-Chancellor

JakkanEB Correspondent:  Responding to the invitation of National Poet Kazi Nazrul Islam University Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Jahangir Alam, Dhaka University Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Niaz Ahmed Khan paid a courtesy call.

Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Jahangir Alam warmly congratulated the Vice Chancellor of Dhaka University upon his arrival at the university's office on Wednesday (March 5) afternoon. 

After the courtesy call, Dhaka University Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Niaz Ahmed Khan addressed a brief discussion in the conference room. In his brief speech, he said, "Research collaboration should be increased for the development of the country's education system. At the same time, he emphasized on increasing the sense of brotherhood between government and private universities. Dhaka University Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Niaz Ahmed Khan called for building a sense of brotherhood among university teachers through mutual exchange in education and research."

He expressed his satisfaction after being informed about the academic, infrastructural and environmental environment of National Poet Kazi Nazrul Islam University. He also expressed his sincere gratitude to Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Md. Jahangir Alam for inviting him to the campus of National Poet Kazi Nazrul Islam University. 

Meanwhile, the Vice Chancellor of Nazrul University sincerely thanked the Vice Chancellor of Dhaka University for visiting the National Poet Kazi Nazrul Islam University in response to the invitation and invited him to visit again.

During this time, the University Treasurer Professor Dr. Zainul Abedin Siddiqui, Dean of the Faculty of Arts Professor Dr. Mohammad Imdadul Huda, Dean of the Faculty of Science and Engineering Prof. Dr. A. H. M. Kamal, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences Professor Dr. Md. Bakhtiar Uddin, Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts Professor Dr. Tapan Kumar Sarkar, Dean of the Faculty of Law Muhammad Irfan Aziz, Registrar (Acting) Professor Dr. Md. Habib-ul-Mawla (Mawla Prince), Proctor Dr. Md. Mahbubur Rahman, Director of the Student Counseling and Guidance Office Dr. Md. Ashraful Alam, Heads of various departments and others were present.
