‎Russian Flag Day Celebrated at Russian House in Dhaka

Diplomatic Correspondent: The Russian House in Dhaka hosted a special programme dedicated to Russian Flag Day, bringing together journalists, Russian Government Scholarship winners, students of Russian language courses and other guests.
‎The programme opened with the Russian national anthem, followed by a speech and presentation dedicated to the history of the Russian flag, exploring the development and significance of one of Russia's most important national symbols.

‎Students of the Russian Language Course took an active part in the programme, presenting a series of Russian-language poems dedicated to the national flag, including «Flag of Russia», «Russian Flag» and «About the Colour of the Flag».

‎The cultural programme also featured performances of several well-known Russian songs, including «Shirokaya strana maya radnaya», «Katyusha», «Kalinka» and «Matushka», performed by the students and participants of the event.
