Mohammad Tarek, Chittagong: Former CMP Commissioner Saleh Mohammad Tanveer bid farewell to Chittagong Metropolitan Police (CMP) a day ago after serving for 22 months. Deputy Inspector General of Police Krishna Pad Roy joined as the new commissioner. According to Chittagong Metropolitan Police, Deputy Inspector General of Police Mr. Krishna Pad Roy BPM (bar) PPM (bar) took charge as Commissioner of Chittagong Metropolitan Police on Monday, July 18, 2022. Meanwhile, the senior officials of CMP welcomed the newly appointed CMP Commissioner Mr. Phulel with good wishes.
