Celebrating the founding anniversary of Mahila Awami League in Pirojpur

Pirojpur Correspondent: A discussion meeting and prayer mahfil has been held in Pirojpur on the occasion of the 53rd founding anniversary of Mahila Awami League. The program was held at the district Awami League office in the heart of the district town on Sunday afternoon.

At the beginning of the program, the leaders of Mahila Awami League paid homage to Bangabandhu with flowers.

Later, General Secretary Shahida Barek, Co-President Mira Chowdhury, Co-President Tahmina Alam and Joint General Secretary Mosa Makul Khanam addressed the function under the chairmanship of Nurjahan Hossain Dulu.

Hasina Parveen, Dwipti Mridha, Shahana Nasrin, Jasmine Akhter, Khandaker Nadia Parveen, Salma Begum and other leaders from different upazilas spoke.

In order to continue the trend of development, a cake was cut and a prayer ceremony was organized with the firm conviction of strengthening the hand of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
