Inauguration of Rangabali Upazila A-League office

Jabir Hossain, Rangabali (Patuakhali) Correspondent: After 50 years of independence, the permanent office of Rangabali Upazila Awami League was built in Patuakhali. The party office has been set up at the initiative of Patuakhali-4 (Rangabali-Kalapara) constituency MP Mahibbur Rahman. MP Mahibbur Rahman inaugurated the first floor of the five-storey foundation building by hoisting national and party flags at Baherchar Bazar in the upazila on Sunday noon.

 MP's wife and President of Kalapara Upazila Mahila Awami League Fatema Akhter Rekha, Rangabali Upazila Awami League President Delwar Hossain and General Secretary Saiduzzaman Mamun along with leaders and activists of various levels of the party and allied organizations were present.

Trinamool activists have expressed satisfaction over getting the party's office after a long time.

 Trinamool leaders and activists said that even after the Awami League was in power three times in a row, such a big party did not have an upazila office. Everyone just packed their own sugarcane, didn't think about the team. Due to which the party office has been after so many years. As soon as Mahibbur Rahman became the MP, he took the initiative to build the party office. Then last year the construction of a building began. This is a really commendable initiative.
