Case against Tahsan-Mithila-Shabnam Faria in Evali case

Entertainment Desk: Nine people including popular star Tahsan Khan, Rafiat Rashid Mithila and Shabnam Faria have been sued for allegedly collaborating in the activities of e-commerce company Evali. On December 4, a customer of Evali named Saad Sam Rahman filed a case with Dhanmondi Police Station in the capital. On Thursday night (December 9), the investigation officer of the case, Sub-Inspector (SI) confirmed the matter. Rajib Hasan.

The other accused in the case are Mohammad Russell, managing director (MD) and chief executive officer (CEO) of the arrested Evali, his wife Shamima Nasrin, chairman of the company, Akash, Arif, Taher and Md. Abu Taish Kayes. Saad Sam Rahman mentioned in his complaint that the money of the customers has been embezzled and assisted in this fraudulently. The amount of embezzled money is three lakh 16 thousand. Which he has not yet been able to rescue. According to the case file, Tahsan, Mithila and Shabnam Faria were in different positions of Evali. Saad Sam Rahman invested with confidence due to their presence and their various promotional talks.

It is alleged that the plaintiff in the case was deceived because of these stars. SI Rajib Hasan said the case showed the arrest of Evali chairman Shamima Nasrin and MD Mohammad Russell. Information about the rest is being collected. If their involvement is found in the investigation, legal action will be taken. It is known that Tahsan was Evali's goodwill ambassador. And Mithila was the goodwill ambassador of Evely's Face of Evely Lifestyle. Besides, Shabnam Faria was the Chief Public Relations Officer.
