Dulabhai's brother-in-law snatched drama to grab money

News Desk: The brother-in-law tried to snatch money from Dulabhai by pretending to be a snatcher in Faridpur. He also got success in the drama arranged according to the plan. But the police revealed the real truth after investigation. Assistant Superintendent of Police (Madhukhali Circle) Sumon Kar said this at a press conference on Thursday (October 8).

Dulabhai FMA Mushar (51) hails from Gobindpur village in Ghoshpur union of Boalmari upazila of Faridpur. He is a school teacher by profession. And the house of brother-in-law Anik Islam (31) is in Udaipur village of Rajbari. According to the police, the incident took place between the brother-in-law and the brother-in-law about a year ago. At one stage, brother-in-law Anik wanted to borrow five lakh rupees from his brother-in-law Musa. Last Tuesday (October 5) at around 2.45 pm, Dulabhai Musha gave five lakh rupees to his brother-in-law Anik in Banamalidia area of ​​Madhukhali Upazila Parishad. Just then, two riders on a motorcycle snatched the bag of money from Anik's hand and fled. Later, Musa lodged a complaint at Madhukhali police station. Assistant Superintendent of Police Sumon Kar said that after investigating the matter, the police confirmed that it was not a robbery, but a play arranged by Anik. After the arrest of Anik, he admitted the truth of the drama and identified the two accomplices.

They are Zakir Hossain (25) of Udaipur village in Rajbari Sadar upazila and Masud Mollah (38) of the same village. The motorcycle and five lakh rupees were recovered from their house. Madhukhali police sub-inspector (SI) and investigating officer of the case Abdul Hakim said the arrested were sent to jail through the court on Thursday afternoon. Madhukhali Police Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mohammad Sahidul Islam said a case has been registered against brother-in-law Anik and his accomplices Zakir and Masud.
