News Desk: Bangladesh Jewellers Association (BAJUS) has once again announced a reduction in gold prices in the local market. Under the new decision, the price of 22-carat gold has been reduced by 4,374 taka per bhori, setting the new price at 238,121 taka.

In a notice issued on Saturday (May 16) morning, BAJUS announced that the revised prices became effective from 10:00 AM the same day.

According to Bangladesh Jewellers Association, the new pricing was determined after considering the overall market situation, particularly the decline in the price of acid gold or pure gold in the local market.
