Indonesian Ambassador Presents Copy of Letter of Credence to Bangladesh’s Chief of Protocol

Diplomatic Correspondent: Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Bangladesh and Nepal, Listyowati, paid a courtesy visit to the Chief of Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh, Md. Nural Islam, on Sunday to present the copy of her Letter of Credence

The meeting was held at the State Guest House Meghna in the capital, where both sides engaged in a fruitful discussion on procedural and protocol arrangements related to the upcoming Credential Ceremony.

The discussions also included a brief exchange on Indonesia–Bangladesh bilateral relations, with particular emphasis on mutual cooperation and Indonesia’s support regarding the forthcoming national election in Bangladesh.

During the meeting, Ambassador Listyowati expressed her sincere appreciation to the Chief of Protocol and the Protocol Wing of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for their guidance and continued support to the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Dhaka, especially in matters related to diplomatic protocol and official engagements.

Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening diplomatic ties and cooperation between Indonesia and Bangladesh.
