International Desk: India and Pakistan Control Line (LOC) on the Kashmir border (LOC) have been firing again. On Sunday (May 7th), the shootings took place on Sunday night. However, no casualties were reported.

Indian media in a report on Monday (May 7th) NDTV reported, The situation is quite exciting between India and Pakistan after the Pehelgam terrorist attack. Pakistan started firing without provocation across the line for 5 nights.

NDTV reports that Pakistan fired small weapons from posts in Kupwara, Baramullah, Punch, Rajouri, Mendhara, Naushera, Sundarbani, and Akhanur on the night of May 7 and 8. Later the Indian Army quickly fired in response to it.

The day after the Pehelgam attack, India blamed Pakistan and took some steps against Islamabad. These were the suspension of the Indus Waters Agreement, the closure of the Attari border crossing, and the declaration of diplomatic relations degradation. In response, Pakistan closed its airspace to Indian aircraft and stopped all kinds of trade with India.

Pakistan launched an experimental launch of the "Abdali" ballistic missile last Saturday. Indian officials commented that it was "opening up."

Meanwhile, the UN Security Council is set to meet today to discuss the growing tensions between India and Pakistan after the Pahalgam terrorist attack.
