Professor Muhammad Yunus presents the Indomitable Woman Award

News Desk:  Principal Advisor Professor Muhammad Yunus presented the Indomitable Women Award on the occasion of International Women's Day. He presented the award at a ceremony held at the Osmani Memorial Auditorium on Saturday morning.

The women who received the award are: Sharifa Sultana for her contribution to the economy, Halima Begum for her contribution to education and employment, Marina Besra, a successful mother, Lipi Begum, a victorious woman in life, Md. Muhin (Mohana) for her outstanding contribution to social development, and the Bangladesh women's cricket team for special consideration.

The program was moderated by Momtaz Ahmed, NDC, Senior Secretary of the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs.
