Pak-Sak can't do it. He doesn't have any intelligence like lighting a fire in his house. Begum of Munsipara in Rangpur city said that every ward of Rangpur City Corporation has been submerged due to rain since midnight. This problem is due to lack of drainage and drainage system. They are blaming Rangpur City Corporation for being able to go to office-court and hat bazaar. Guratipara Mahmud Hossain of Rangpur city said that only two houses in his house were washed away by the flood waters.

Unable to go to the shops, every street in Rangpur city has been flooded. Kaderi, a resident of Rangpur Kachari Bazar, said he had never seen such flood waters in his house. In Rangpur city, ordinary people have to go to different places after breaking one waist of water. Even then they are trying to move. However, school or college court market ghat market is all closed due to rain. Can't open shop anywhere. Rangpur city dwellers said that one million to 12 lakh people are suffering. Rangpur City Corporation Mayor Mostafizur Rahman Mostafa said the waterlogging was due to heavy rains from midnight. However, adequate arrangements have been made for drainage. But it is not able to get into the water because it is full of water. However, it will go down into the water very quickly.

He said relief efforts would be made for those in distress. Rangpur Deputy Commissioner Asif Ahsan said people have been sent to each area by the Deputy Commissioner. Arrangements are being made to provide relief assistance to those who have suffered the most and are in distress. However, the cooperation of the councilors of the city corporation is needed. All the wards of 33 wards of Rangpur city have now been submerged under water due to heavy rains.
