Rani owns 40 thousand to 20 lakh rupees given by her father-in-law

News Desk: Hafiza Akhter Rani. A successful entrepreneur of Muktagachha in Mymensingh. She has completed Honors-Masters in English from Mymensingh Government Women's College. Growing up with the confidence to do something new from a young age, Rani never pursued a government job. Instead, he has always thought about how to provide employment opportunities to neglected women. At one stage, the enterprising woman started the business with 40,000 rupees given by her father-in-law. Now he owns 20 lakh rupees.

This successful entrepreneur has his own five show rooms. One of them is in Muktagachha, the rest is in Mymensingh town. Besides being self-reliant, she is also working on how to make unemployed women self-reliant. Rani also arranged various trainings for unemployed women on how to earn income using the raw materials they have at hand. He sells saris, three-pieces, mosquito nets, cloth shoes, bowls made of betel nut shells, pen vases made of cow horns, notebooks from discarded paper, and various jute products. The queen also sells herbal oils, cosmetics for girls, and household items made of bamboo. Another woman named Nargis Zaman from Mymensingh took training on her initiative. Now the woman earns 8 to 10 thousand rupees a month by selling her own hand-made design blouses. In this way, many more women have found a way to become self-reliant through contact with the queen. Nargis Zaman said, once I used to sit with folded hands. I was afraid to tell my husband if I needed any money. Now I earn my own. I also help my husband with household expenses. Rani Upper contributed to everything. Seeing him, I wake up dreaming of doing something on my own. The queen has shown the way for hundreds of unemployed women like Nargis Zaman to become self-reliant. He has made various environmentally friendly products by utilizing the resources that have been thrown away. Selling various types of cloth made of jute. There are jute scarves, jeans pants, curtains, Punjabi, salwar kameez, bedsit, blankets. Also bamboo and cane rickshaws, cane ox carts, cane boats, buckets, baskets, vases, cane trays, vans, bamboo trays, cane burn (ser), chalun, mora, kula, dol and magazine. He is using. Apart from jute table mats, rugs and weaving ladies vanity, travel hand parts, mobiles, laptops, tablets, iPads made by unemployed women, all kinds of products are being sold. Also selling are Three-Piece, Punjabi, Shirt, Nakshi Kantha, Bet Sheet, Ladies and Gents Fatwa, Mexi, Shataranji, Paposh Walmet products. Not only in the domestic market, the products made by the queen are now going to China and Europe as well.

In this regard, Hafiza Akhter Rani said, "I am an entrepreneur, I have been working as a volunteer since my student life." I started working with 40 thousand rupees as a hobby. Then I read in honors. Then I started an English teaching institution. We arrange employment for some people through this organization. I started the work in 2013-14 out of responsibility towards the society. I started officially in 2016. He said he took training from the cooperative department. After training I do a show room. Later there is no training called Swabalambi from Muktagachha in Mymensingh. In 2016, I went to the International Trade Fair in India. There I met a journalist from France. He encouraged me to work with jute. From then on, work on jute started. I have made a show room only on jute. "I run a website called Lady Star," she said. Let's start multi-faceted work with jute. At the beginning of Kovid-19 we have a super shop called 'Amara Pari'. There are four more showrooms with this name. About 80 rural women are working in our organization in Muktagachha.

I started with 40 thousand rupees, now I own 20 lakh rupees. I started working with 100 women. Regarding the next step, Hafiza Akhter said, "Now I want to have showrooms in 13 upazilas of Mymensingh." I will build another five storey building in Mymensingh, from where I will manage all the work. It will provide employment to thousands of women.

We always work in an environmentally friendly way. Many women today are self-sufficient by collecting various products that are harmful to the environment. My goal is to free the neglected women from unemployment.
