Emo has been honored with the 'Social Impact Award' by Google

Information Technology Desk: From facilitating the communication of expatriates to connecting with the government's 333 helpline, the world's popular platform IMO has continued various social services throughout the year. In recognition of this, the company has been awarded the 'Social Impact Award' by Google.

 Google recently announced the winners at an event (#AppSummit2023) organized by Google in the Asia-Pacific region. Where IMO was given a Partner Recognition Award in the Social Impact category.

Emo is empowering users by connecting them across barriers of distance and borders. Besides, the brand is also working for the development of the society. For example, 333 helpline channel, Imo hero story short-film, support for education of underprivileged children and various initiatives undertaken by Emo to serve people including flood relief. Apart from this, IMO donated educational stationery to Jago Foundation to ensure quality education for all, which supports 1200 underprivileged children throughout the year. These social initiatives are having a positive impact on the lives of Bangladeshis living in the country and abroad.

The 'Social Impact Award' is a reflection of EMO's unwavering commitment to the development and welfare of the country and society.
