Vehicular movement banned in Bogra by-elections

Sanju Roy, Bogra: Vehicular traffic has been banned in these two constituencies around the by-elections of Bogra-4 (Kahalu and Nandigram) and Bogra-6 (Sadar). Saturday (January 28) District Magistrate. The matter was informed in a public notice signed by Saiful Islam.
It has been said that from Tuesday (January 31) 12:00 pm to Wednesday (February 1) 12:00 pm, trucks, pickups, all types of engine-driven boats, speedboats and launches will be closed.

At the same time, motorcycle movement will be stopped from Monday (January 30) at 12:00 pm to Thursday (February 2) at 12:00 pm.

The public notification also said that this restriction is relaxable in the case of contesting candidates, their election agents, observers subject to the permission of the Returning Officer.

Apart from this, the ban on the movement of said vehicles for use in activities such as ambulance, fire service, electricity, gas, post, telecommunications, etc. will not apply.

It should be noted that the by-elections of Bogra-4 (Kahalu and Nandigram) and Bogra-6 (Sadar) constituencies will be held on February 1 (Wednesday).
