Signing of police health services agreement with Lab Aid in Bogra

Sanju Roy, Bogra: Police health services contract signed with Lab Aid Limited (Diagnostics) to ensure quality health care to all police branches in Bogra and to all members of Jaipurhat District Police and their family members. Under the direction of DIG Abdul Baten of Bangladesh Police Rajshahi Range, District Superintendent of Police Sudip Kumar Chakraborty signed the contract on behalf of BPM and Lab Aid Ltd. Bogra branch in-charge Mahbur Rahman Mahbub signed the agreement to implement such an exceptional initiative for policemen in the meeting room of Bogra District Police Superintendent's office on Saturday morning. Bogra District Superintendent of Police Sudip Chakraborty said in the ceremony regarding the agreement, besides Bogra District Police, various units working in Bogra namely CID, PBI, In Service, Tourist Police, Highway Police, 4 APBN and at the same time all the members of Joypurhat District Police and their family members are ensuring quality healthcare. This agreement with Lab Aid will open a new horizon. Many subordinate policemen may not divulge their financial hardships in receiving medical care but they too will now feel that their superiors care about them. SP Sudeep also said that the policemen at Lab Aid in Bogra will now get 30 percent discount for their family members on all types of tests including pathological tests, echo, X-ray, ETT, CT scan, MRI. Not only this, getting ambulance service from them at low cost, facility of doing all kinds of tests at home in the city free of cost and many complex tests which are expensive and inadequate outside will also be ensured by Lab Aid Bogra which is a happy and happy message for the police family. He expressed the expectation that through this agreement, about 35,000 people including the police and their family members will benefit from Bogra and Joypurhat. Mahbur Rahman, in-charge of LabAid Bogra branch, said, 'They are proud and happy to stand by the policemen in medical care. The welfare, safety and well-being of those who provide the security of the country is very important. This agreement was signed to ensure low cost medical services to Bogra and Jaipurhat policemen and their family members. Additional Superintendent of Police (Crime and Ops) Abdur Rashid, Additional Superintendent of Police (Sadar Circle) Sharafat Islam, Officer-in-Charge of Sadar Police Station Noore Alam Siddiqui, DIO 1 Shamsun Noor, District Intelligence Branch In-charge Saihan Oliullah, Traffic, among others were present at the signing ceremony. Inspector (Administration) Mahbubul Islam Khan, Inspector Shahinuzzaman in charge of Sadar Police Outpost, Second Officer of Sadar Police Station Manjurul Haque Bhuiyan, Admin Officer of Lab Aid Bogra Saiful Islam Robin, Senior Executive Sales Ahsan Habib and various level officials of District Police and members of LabAid Bogra were present.
