1 arrested with fake money in RAB operation in Bogra

Sanju Roy, Bogra: RAB arrested a 38-year-old Mahabubur Rahman Bakul with fake money in Bogra. He is the son of Dudu Molla of Ranirpara village in Gabtali upazila. He was arrested in front of the BRTC Truck Depot at Satmatha in the city around 3 pm on Wednesday. RAB claims that the arrested Mahabubu is a member of the fake currency note sarbaraki circle. RAB-12 Bogra said in their press release that the operation was conducted in front of Satmatha BRTC Truck Depot in the city based on secret information. At that time, they arrested Mahabubur. Later, fake notes of 27 thousand rupees were recovered from him. All recovered fake notes of 500 and 1000 thousand rupees. RAB-12 Bogra Squad Commander (Assistant Superintendent of Police) Nazrul Islam said that the arrested Mahabubu worked for the supply of fake currency notes. A case has been filed against him at the Sadar police station.
