He also said that all types of import and export through Petrapol port will be closed from October 2 to 5 during the Durga Puja holiday. All types of import-export will start from the morning of October 6. Sajedur Rahman, General Secretary of Benapole C&F Agent Staff Association said, "We have been informed by a letter from the C&F agent on the other side that the import and export will be closed through the port for 4 days. He also said that import and export will be closed for 4 days during the puja holidays, but loading and unloading and customs work will continue at the port. Benapole Immigration Officer-in-Charge (OC) Abul Kalam Azad said that due to the Durga Puja holiday, although the transportation of goods through the Benapole-Petrapole port is stopped, the movement of passport passengers with India will be normal.
