Understanding the situation, lockdown may be given again: Obaidul Quader

Awami League General Secretary and Minister for Road Transport and Bridges Obaidul Quader has said that the government is easing the lockdown in the interest of people's lives and livelihood but considering the situation, it may be imposed again.

The bridge minister made the remarks at a discussion meeting on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Bangamata Sheikh Fazilatunnesa at Tejgaon Sarak Bhaban on Monday (August 9). He said the government was relaxing the lockdown in the interest of people's lives and livelihoods but would give another tough lockdown considering the situation.
