SOCIAL MARKETING COMPANY CAREER OPPORTUNITY

Social Marketing Company, a large well-reputed not-for-profit company, involved in implementing health and family planning programs throughout the country, wishes to recruit the following position. The company seeks a talented and aspiring candidate who would join our team and meaningfully contribute to reach the goal of SMC. The incumbent will be recruited initially for two years period, which may be extended upon satisfactory performance of the candidate. SMC Clinic will provide outpatient services for general ailments and specialized services offered by consultants. The major consultancy services include Gynecology, Pediatric, Medicine, Dental and Ophthalmology. The clinic will also establish a full fledged maternity and child care centre. For taking overall responsibility of the clinic, SMC is looking for a suitable and competent person who will achieve the overall goal & objective of the clinic. The incumbent must be result oriented, business minded and should have confidence to accomplish the aim of the SMC Clinic. The major responsibilities of the position include staff management, developing annual work plan, marketing plan and its effective implementation, coordination with critical stakeholders, compliance of legal requirements and monitoring patient satisfaction.  Qualification & Experience:

• MBBS/ MSS, preferably with an advance degree on hospital management or other relevant discipline.
• At least 7 years of management experience in operation of commercial clinic or renowned diagnostic centre
• Experience in establishing commercial clinic/ hospital, exposure to the corporate clients, strong linkage with specialist doctors and excellent communication & team management skills
• Extensive knowledge of medical equipments and infrastructure of maternal & child care clinic/ hospital.

• Familiar of using different software and sound knowledge of MS office
