Pakistan Food Festival in Dhaka Showcases Rich Culinary Heritage and Cultural Diversity

Diplomatic Correspondent: The Pakistan High Commission in Dhaka organized a vibrant food festival on Friday, highlighting Pakistan’s rich and diverse culinary traditions while promoting cultural exchange between Pakistan and Bangladesh.

Speaking at the event, Pakistan’s High Commissioner to Bangladesh, H.E. Mr. Imran Haider, warmly welcomed a large gathering of distinguished guests, including members of the diplomatic community, academics, media representatives, and visitors from different walks of life.

The festival attracted significant public interest, with attendees enjoying a wide variety of authentic Pakistani dishes and gaining insights into the country’s cultural heritage. Visitors also explored exhibits from renowned Pakistani fashion brands, which showcased an array of traditional and contemporary fashion products.

Addressing journalists on the occasion, High Commissioner Imran Haider expressed satisfaction over the overwhelming response to the event. He noted that the participation of a large number of people was highly encouraging and reflected the strong interest in strengthening cultural ties between the two countries.

“Pakistan and Bangladesh share deep-rooted cultural bonds,” he said, emphasizing the importance of people-to-people interactions in fostering mutual understanding and friendship. He added that similar engagements would continue in the future to further strengthen bilateral relations between the two brotherly nations.
