News Desk: The court has ordered to return the newborn who was rescued from the dustbin of Satkhira Medical College Hospital to the abandoned mother. Satkhira court judge Senior District and Sessions Judge Sheikh Mofizur Rahman passed the order on Tuesday (February 10th). The mother of the teenager told the court that Hirar got acquainted with Anarul while traveling on a motorcycle. Anarul enjoys Hira in the temptation of marriage by hiding his wife. At one point, Diamond became pregnant. Anarul refuses to talk about marriage. Hira fled to her sister's house for fear of public embarrassment and villagers. At one stage, Hira was admitted to Satkhira Medical College Hospital with the help of her sister. Sons were born there. Lying on the floor of the hospital, Hira told Anarul on her mobile phone not to get married but to see the child at least once. Anarul says from the other end of the mobile, I will not come, you see your way .... Thinking of society, family, honor, Hira threw the newborn in the dustbin of the hospital an hour before the birth of the child and fled. These incidents took place behind the scenes 16 days ago. The child-mad teenage mother comes out in search of real love by removing the stone of hatred. He rushed to the court to get the child back. On Tuesday, Satkhira court judge Senior District and Sessions Judge Sheikh Mofizur Rahman told all the stories of teenage love. The incident took place around Anarul, son of Nur Mohammad of Komarpur village in Satkhira Sadar Upazila. Hira said that Anarul was the mother of the child left in the dustbin. According to court sources, the Child Welfare Board, Satkhira Sadar sent the names of some people who are interested in adopting the child through the Women and Child Abuse Suppression Tribunal to Acting Judge Senior District and Sessions Judge Sheikh Mofizur Rahman. When he decides after a thorough review of the law, an application comes to the court from Nur Nahar Parveen alias Hira, who identified the child as the pregnant mother. She identified herself as the mother of the abandoned child and told the court in writing that she was the daughter of Abdur Rashid of Purba Kulia village (Hal Sang-Harddaha) in Debhata. Hira wants to take the child into her own custody. He also submitted a certificate from Medical College, Satkhira and a photocopy of his national identity card. Finally, Judge Sheikh Mofizur Rahman mentioned in his order that since a mother is the natural and legal guardian of her unborn child, it would be beneficial and best to give the child to her. According to him, he ordered to return the 17-day-old child to Hira's lap. Meanwhile, Hira could not be contacted as his mobile phone was switched off.
