International desk: About 500 people were killed in the worst Israeli attack in Lebanon. In this regard, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said to the people of Lebanon, "You will not be a human shield for Hezbollah."

For several days, there was a back and forth attack between the Lebanese Hezbollah group and the Israeli forces. In the meantime, the Israeli forces launched a massive attack on the airspace from Monday morning. 492 people have been killed so far.

Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu shared a video on social media after the attack. In that video message, he said, 'Israel's war is not against the people of Lebanon, but against Hezbollah. Hizbullah terrorists are stockpiling various types of weapons including missiles in the homes of ordinary people. The operation is being conducted to destroy those weapons.'

Netanyahu also said to the people of Lebanon, "Hezbollah has been using you as a human shield for a long time. They are planting rockets and missiles in your living room. After that they are attacking our cities and killing our citizens. Hezbollah's weapons must be destroyed in the interests of the security of our people.'

The Israeli Prime Minister said, 'Our troops are urging you to withdraw from the path of destruction. Give importance to their words. Don't risk your life for Hezbollah.'

Referring to Hezbollah's intention to endanger Lebanon, Netanyahu said, "Hezbollah will endanger Lebanon." You don't give it. Please get out of the way of destruction. When our expedition is over, you can return home safely.'

The British media BBC reported that since the war of 2006, Israel has embarked on a campaign to destroy the infrastructure that Hezbollah built in Lebanon. The country's military claimed that 1,300 Hezbollah targets have been hit so far. As a result, thousands of families fled their homes.

The Israeli army also said that Hezbollah fired more than 200 rockets into northern Israel.

Other world powers say Israel and Lebanon appear headed for all-out war. Both parties should exercise restraint.

According to information provided by Lebanon's Ministry of Health, 35 children and 58 women were among the dead. Apart from this, 1 thousand 645 people were injured.
