International Desk: Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said that there can be no more talks with Kiev after the attack on Kursk, a border region of Russia. He said, Russian President Vladimir Putin has very clearly said that Ukrainian troops have attacked after infiltrating the Kursk region, and negotiations are impossible in this situation.

He said these things in an interview on a Russian television channel. Sergey Lavrov has rejected Qatar and Turkey's mediation talks with Kiev, calling them mere rumours. In recent times there have been reports of secret contacts between Qatari brokered Russian and Ukrainian energy facilities, which are pure rumours.

Türkiye is only trying to mediate Ukraine's grain exports, the Russian foreign minister said. According to Russia's top diplomat, the entire process at the conference on Ukraine in Switzerland is unacceptable for Russia.

Because it's an ultimatum about promoting Zelensky's formula. Lavrov said that three working groups have been formed in this regard. Preparations for their meeting are underway and indications that Russia will be invited there are not true.
