According to local sources, Motilal Gaur, son of Ramprasad Gaur of Charnikhala area of ​​Ishwarganj town, has been dealing in drugs for a long time. Also, Motilal used to get drunk on alcohol and insulted the people of the area with unspeakable language. In order to stop the drug trade, half a hundred local residents filed a written complaint with the Ishwarganj police station. He was arrested several times before and after the charges. He has several drug cases under his name.

According to the affidavit of the case, on Wednesday night, after drinking alcohol, Lal Mia started drunkenness near the tea shop in Patbazar area of ​​the city. Later, the local residents informed the police and the police came and arrested Motilal in a drunken state. According to police sources, Motilal was arrested in the morning on the charge of drug consumption and sent to the court under Section 34, but he came back in the afternoon and started drinking again at night.

Later, based on the news of the local residents, he was again arrested and the case was sent to the court on Thursday. The officer in charge of Ishwarganj police station Mohammad Majedur Rahman said that a case has been registered against the accused Motilal under section 25 of the 36 (1) table of the Narcotics Control Act 2018 and handed over to the court. Besides, there are several drug cases against him.
