Financial donation to the families of workers killed in Auto Rice Mill in Gopalpur

Md. Noor Alam, Gopalpur (Tangail): In the case of the death of 3 workers after the collapse of the hooper of the autorice mill in Gopalpur, Tangail, the district administration has paid Tk 20,000 to each family of the deceased for burial. The deceased are Mohammad Arif (28), son of Bachchu Mia of Bhabdar village of Panchgachi union of Kurigram Sadar upazila, Nurul Islam (35), son of Karim Molla of Garuhara village of the same district and Naemul Islam (32), son of Nur Mohammad of Gobindpur village. All the victims were working as laborers in that rice mill. (September 5) financial donation was handed over to the family of the deceased at Gopalpur police station premises. Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md. Mr. Parvez Mallik, Gopalpur Circle Additional Superintendent of Police. Sohel Rana, OC Md. Mosharraf Hossain, Vice Chairman of Upazila Parishad Mir Rezaul Haque and others. On the other hand, the mill owner promised to compensate each family with two lakh rupees.
