Students complain against the principal in Kaliganj for embezzling money to fill the form

Mostafizur Rahman Mostafa, Lalmonirhat: Although there is an instruction to refund the money for the HSC examination candidates who have been canceled due to the corona epidemic, the complaint has been made against Abu Bakar Siddique, principal of Shamsuddin Qamar Uddin College, for not returning the money. In this incident, the students filed a written complaint against the principal with the Upazila Nirbahi Officer on Monday (September 5). According to the written complaint, the students filled the form to participate in the HSC examination 2020, but due to the corona epidemic around the world, the examination was canceled and auto pass was given and the Ministry of Education decided to refund the money for filling the form to the examinees. According to him, the principal Abu Bakar Siddique has not returned the money to the 180 examinees of Shamsuddin Qamar Uddin College for the year 2020. The students went to the principal several times for refund, but he kept wasting time. In such circumstances, the students made a written complaint against the principal to the Upazila Nirbahi Officer. Upazila Executive Officer (UNO) Abdul Mannan said that he has received complaints. Action will be taken to ensure that the students get their money back quickly. In this regard, Principal Abu Bakar Siddique tried to contact him several times on the phone, but he did not receive the call.
