National Education Week Celebrated in Chatmohar

Pabna Correspondent: Under the theme "Ensuring Quality Education, Building a Discrimination-Free Bangladesh," a discussion session, educational cultural program, and award distribution were held in Chatmohar, Pabna, to celebrate the National Primary Education Week.

The event was organized by the Upazila Primary Education Office on Saturday, May 10, at the Upazila Parishad auditorium.

The event began with a discussion session, where the Upazila Primary Education Officer, Mohammad Abdul Gani, presided over the meeting. The chief guest, Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Musa Nasir Chowdhury, delivered the keynote speech.

Special guests included Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Chatmohar Police Station, Mohammad Manjurul Alam; Upazila Assistant Education Officer Anwar Hossain; Principal of Chatmohar Model Government Primary School, Kazi Zakir Hossain; and Principal of Charpara Primary School, Nafiya Khatun, among others.

Following the discussion, a cultural program was held. The event concluded with the award ceremony for the winners of the drawing competition and beautiful handwriting contest, where the guests distributed the prizes.

Teachers, students, journalists, and dignitaries from various primary schools in the Upazila were present at the event.
