Italian Embassy in Dhaka Celebrates 80th Anniversary of the Italian Republic with Spectacular Musical Evening

Diplomatic Correspondent: The Embassy of Italy in Dhaka celebrated the 80th Anniversary of the Italian Republic with a vibrant cultural event at the Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy on Monday evening.

Organized under the leadership of H.E. Antonio Alessandro, Ambassador of Italy to Bangladesh, the celebration featured a special performance by the acclaimed Italian vocal music group Mezzotono. The event brought together diplomats, government officials, cultural personalities, members of the Italian community, and music enthusiasts.

Held on June 1, 2026, at 7:00 PM, the colorful evening showcased Italy’s rich cultural heritage and highlighted the strong friendship between Italy and Bangladesh.
