Europe is on the brink of war: Donald Tusk

International Desk:  Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk has warned that Europe is now on the brink of war. Ukraine must win the war with Russia for the good of Europe. He warned that if Ukraine could not win this war, it would bring danger to the whole of Europe. BBC news.

Donald Tusk said war is no longer a thing of the past. The war is now real and it started two years ago. The Prime Minister of Poland gave such a warning after Russia launched several missile attacks on Ukraine on Thursday. 

Russian President Vladimir Putin said this week that Moscow has no plans to attack NATO countries. He said, we have no plan to attack any NATO country. But if the US and its Western allies supply Ukraine with F-16 fighter jets, our forces will shoot them down on sight.

Putin said that since the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, the US-led military alliance NATO has expanded its presence in eastern Russia. But we have no plan to attack any country of this alliance. But if Ukraine uses a third country's airbase, they become our legitimate targets, wherever they are located. 

When asked about the Western F-16 fighter jets sent to Ukraine, the Russian President said that such aircraft will not help Ukraine in any way to change the war situation. Training the pilots to operate these fighter jets will not help. The F-16 can also carry nuclear weapons, so we will destroy them on sight.

Relations with the West have hit their lowest point since Russia began its invasion of Ukraine. About 100 missiles and drones were used in the latest Russian attack on Ukraine. As a result, several areas have experienced partial blackouts.

It was Russia's second largest attack in a week. Attacks using a large number of weapons were carried out simultaneously in different parts of Ukraine. President Vladimir Putin is blaming Ukraine for the recent attack on a concert hall in the Russian capital, Moscow, without any evidence, Donald Tusk said. Based on this incident, it is predictable that he will intensify attacks on civilian targets in Ukraine.
